I just walked into this Camouflage location to buy some CO2 cartridges for my air pistols earlier today. What started as a simple transaction turned into a whole conversation, sharing of knowledge, and overall satisfying customer experience! I spoke to Corey (Cory? Kory? I didn't ask for the spelling, sorry ?) and this man very clearly knows what he's talking about when it comes to firearms, both conventional and airsoft/BB. Any question I had, he answered confidently and honestly. If you want some proper knowledge and great customer service when it comes to this stuff, he's your guy!
He’s really not a good guy he completely lied to my husband to get sales he purchased over 200$ worth of items that were actually under 20$ online for sale and he lied saying they would fit that they were meant for smaller items but completely off they were made for huge items and he said no refunds from the jump store credit because he knew it wouldn’t have fit he’s really bad watch out he’s all about money not customer service and all his items are overpriced by like 5x competent other stores
Very knowledgeable and helpful employees. They make you feel cared for. I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with their products. I highly recommend this store to anyone
Decent location, limited parking. Very eclectic selection of military surplus gear from Canada and abroad, including badges, insignia and other collectables. Prices in-person seem about average for surplus. Staff pleasant and helpful. No idea about airsoft gear, which seems a big part of their business; refer to other reviews.
Terrible online ordering experience. I would avoid their online store completely. Very poor customer service. I ordered from there in November and was told it would arrive in ten business days. It was shipped through courier. I understand the situation with wait times and shipping. It was stalled in Dieppe which is not uncommon. However, it is now six weeks later and the tracking updated to show they are shipping back to BC where it was shipped from. I explained the situation to customer service and the representative was not helpful. I asked if they could reship the same items as the product didn't even reach my province. He stated that it was an issue with the address which I explained was not the case. He then stated that they would not resend until it's received back to the store, nothing that it says that it's still on its way to me. I again explained that the tracking updated and he agreed that it was being returned (all evidenced through email). He stated despite these issues, they will not resend until received. I asked for a refund instead and again he refused. I asked to speak to someone higher and he just stopped responding to me. Today, 3 days later, I receive an email that they requested the manager and in the meantime, I will still have to wait until they receive it. Their return policy is clear however I have not received these items. I completely understand if I was sending back for a refund because of an issue after I received it. I now have to wait for this product to reach the company before they will help. They have not responded to answer what will happen if they don't. The address is accurate and I actually received a product from a different store yesterday using the same courier. I would not order online from this company. The worst customer service I've experienced so far.
I ordered a 195 dollar bb gun which I did not receive then when I called the head office I was ignored hung up and verbally abused after a month in a half with multiple emails I only got a refund of 117 and very rude people as the managers don't take calls and ur likly to get hung up on... this company works together as this will be come a civil suit please comment for a class action case as my mom evelyn was horrible treated.
Called on December 24 to ask about a particular item. Honestly I think the guy was going out of his way to seem disinterested and then was told that he wouldn’t hold the item and that by the time I was able to come in it would be gone anyway. Terrible customer service. I’ll stick with S&R Knives.
