Called to get information for the process to get an estimate. I couldn't get past the utter rudeness and lack of communication skills of the guy who answered the phone. He kept saying "ya?" when I was telling him about my reason for calling. He appeared to have zero people skills, and I couldn't get his name because it was loud and he wasn't speaking clearly. I explained again, that I was looking for an estimate for damage to my car. He rudely barked at me that I would have to bring the car in, otherwise how would he know. That's a given, but if this is how you talk to customers, then you can keep your business. Maybe try having someone answer the phone who actually has people skills and isn't rude and ignorant.

Most importantly, when I picked up my car, the body work and paint were perfect. The colour match was exact, such that it looks as good as new. Direct-Repair didn't provide the lowest quote, but I left feeling confident I made the right choice. Their value proposition is delivering the best work at a fair price, free of hassle or stress. I recommend them without hesitation if, like me, you love your car a little too much.
Just picked up my car which had damage to the front and back. It looked like brand new! That’s saying a lot since it’s almost 10 years old. Direct Repair even cleaned the interior. It’s as if my vehicle had been to the Car Spa. Absolutely perfect!
May 2025 Update: This place is still amazing. Hands down they have the best services and prices in town. Their staff are professional and extremely trust worthy. I highly recommend this place. The owner Douglas is very kind and incredible at customer service. 10 stars. Amazing service. I had my car fixed here and everyone from the front desk management to employees are professional and very dependable and trust worthy. The shop is huge and kept clean. The price I was offered was very competitive and I paid exactly what I was quoted and my car was returned to me sparkling clean. Big shutout to Nick and Saife..
