I've been ordering Lutron blinds from Kevin for over 7 years. I've must have ordered 20 blinds over several orders. He's always taken great care of us and provided us fair pricing. Lutron blinds aren't cheap, but they're with every penny. They last years on one set of batteries and customer service is incredible if you ever have an issue. You take for granted how quiet the blinds are until you hear ones from a competitor. They can be loud if they're not from Lutron. Our blinds were highlighted in a property tour video after our house was featured in Toronto Life Magazine. Picture attached. Can't thank you enough for all the years of great service, Kevin! This review is better late then never: During the pandemic in 2021, we bought 7 zebra shades of different sizes for my house. Initially, samples were provided and different price points were explained, and accurate estimate was emailed to us. Because of the shut-down we did the measurements ourselves and ordered the blinds delivered to our home (arrived within a few weeks). Installation is easy for two people to do and all the blinds were manufactured great and the wife is happy! Fast forward to 2024 and the widest blind doesn't stay up. I contacted them via email, explained the cause, and sent pictures. The plastic end cap also holds the internal rolling mechanism in place and it had broken (weakest point). After mailing 2 possible replacement parts (which now has a metal bracket for reinforcement), I was able to put it back together and moves as good as before. Didn't pay anything for the replacement piece, so thank you for standing behind your product. Would recommend buying from them.
Absolutely incredible experience working with Jordan and the Shade Works team. From the initial meeting, Jordan's knowledge and professionalism were on full display - he provided samples, pricing and worked with us to find the perfect set of blinds for our new house. He kept us in the loop throughout the process, and even through Covid was able to deliver the blinds extremely quickly. The installation team was fantastic as well. 5 stars for quality, pricing and service. Truly the best in the business.
We purchased two 8ft wide, 10 ft long blackout shades on battery roller systems with the smart bridge controller. Despite feeling nervous about this remote purchase we experienced excellent customer service. The setup was quite easy for my wife and I. This required a drill and a level. The shades look great and are set to automatically open before sunrise and close after sunset. We couldn't be happier with the product.
Jordan and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were so honest, and knowledgeable. The service and quality of blinds are amazing. We always get tons of compliments and are always happy to recommend shade works!
I really enjoyed my experience working with Shade works. Jordan is a great guy to work with. He is punctual, professional and his word is good which is hard to find in this industry!
