The 5 stars i’m giving are not for the store, or the prices (which are phenomenal on their own) But because of Renee. She gave us the BEST recommendations and was easily able to direct us to products that we absolutely loved simply based off of our interaction. I’m always sceptical to try new products because I like what I like and because a lot of companies don’t tend to put time and craft into what they’re selling. Renée recommended only the Best of the best products. We are very happy with our purchase and more so extremely happy with the service we received from her. I give Renee a five star glowing recommendation. Anyone who is a marijuana connoisseur should visit the store and have a conversation with her. THANK YOU RENEE
All the employees here end up hating their job .. walked in and had such an ugly experience.. products weren’t restocked or the selection is super super low .. nothing special at all about this place anymore …. So many better options by the area
As an American patron, my routine visits to Canna Cabana during my stays in Canada have been marked by the consistent use of my valid Illinois ID. I have always enjoyed shopping at other CannaCabana locations. However, today's experience at this specific establishment was marred by several significant inconveniences. Upon arrival, I was met with an extended wait time outside, as I was required to ring a doorbell and await entry. This prolonged process added unnecessary frustration to my visit. Furthermore, , I encountered an employee who not only insisted on a passport for identification but also displayed a discourteous attitude throughout the interaction. Despite my attempts to convey the validity of my identification and express the impracticality of providing additional documentation, the employee remained uncooperative and exhibited a lack of professionalism. Disappointed by this combination of an extended outdoor wait and discourteous service, I chose to explore an alternative dispensary conveniently located nearby. Shout out to the Happy Spliff not to far from this location. Product there was good along with good prices aswell. Best thing is, they were educated and could validate my authentic Illinois Identification card. This experience, characterized by a lack of efficiency, unaccommodating procedures, and an employee's disrespectful demeanor, has left me dissatisfied. I believe in supporting establishments that prioritize customer convenience and uphold a standard of respectful service. Regrettably, I must express my decision not to revisit this particular Canna Cabana location in the future. Visit other local stores, they know how to handle a customer.
The outside doesn’t seem like it’s open but if you go during their business hours, you just need to ring the bell and a staff member will come to the door shortly. They ask for your ID once you walk in, so better have it prepared. The location is small but with a good selection of products, limited quantities unfortunately. Basically everything you see on display is their inventory. I visited asking for a few items and once they sell out, they don’t have more in the back. Staff has some knowledge but limited as I asked about a few items and the answer was “I don’t know”, “Haven’t tried”. Would be more helpful if the staff was more knowledgeable. Otherwise they have good pricing on majority of the items they sell.
This location sucks. They are never open on time, poor inventory of selection, uninformed employees and generally a poor customer experience. It's fair to say I will never be going back here again.
I don’t know if this location has been robbed recently but they are the only CANA I’ve encountered that requires a DNA sample and your first born to get inside to buy something
Recently management had changed and so have the employees, this location is doing terrible. The old employees were great, new ones don’t have much knowledge and aren’t willing to help. I was trying to get a price match and they still charged me the regular price, when I asked for a correction I was told that I needed to leave my information and someone would reach out to me during the week. At which point I asked for a refund, I was told that the procedure was the same. ??♂️
