If I could give 10 I would. I came in frantic and frustrated when my iPhone decided it wanted to freeze and become basically useless. I walked in, at nearly 9pm, and Mohammed gave me peace of mind and said it should be a simple fix and needed about 10-15 minutes. I waited in my car outside of the store only to have a tap on my window with a fix in just a few minutes! He charged me nominally for the fix, diagnosed the problem and set me up with a proper case so the phone would work perfectly. You guys are wonderful! Thank you!!
Never buy a used phone from this location these people are scammers and are not transparent when making sales. I noticed after the second day of using the phone the battery life was horrible and the phone wouldn’t even last for an hour. He also never mentioned that battery life was bad and he clearly sold me a phone which he knew wasn’t working properly. He also told me I had warranty for a month. I came back after 3 days and told him the issue with the phone and he said I should have known there would be issues with the phone since the phone is used. I told him I wasn’t a phone technician and that he should have told me the phone had an issue before he sold it to me but clearly he was trying to make a sale and he clearly didn’t care. He then starts arguing with me like it was my fault and that I didn’t have a right to get the phone fixed. He tried to charge me again to replace the battery. These guys are scammers and will sell you a bad used phone so that way you could keep coming back for repair so they can take your money these people are not trustworthy and what goes around comes back around. They don’t care about the customers and will deceive their customers just to make money it’s actually very horrible. What’s the point of buying a product if it’s not going to fully work, I would have spent money on a flip phone that would have more battery life. There’s a lot of used phones that last long but he was trying to act like there’s always something wrong with a used phone if it’s purchased. It’s not the phone, it’s just a very shady deceptive cell phone shop.
They are very good in town for cellphone.They have lots of better collection & price is also good.before you go somewhere at first you can visit this store.
Got a SIM card here with Chatr, prepaying $75 for 3 months (15 GB each month). Teleworld seems to be the store on street level, and My Wireless is a larger shop on the lower level. Quick and efficient service.

A tiny place but they carry countless makes and models of new and older cases and screen protectors. They had a years’ old screen protector that I couldn’t find anywhere else and installed it for me in minutes. Thanks!
