The owner of this place is an absolute legend. We came in at 7AM on a Saturday with a rush order to fix a steamer stain on the wedding dress. He got it done in less than 20 minutes and refused to take our money despite us demanding it. This is the type of small businesses that the community needs. Ii’ll be recommending this place to everyone. By the way, the stain is entirely removed. Incredible work!
Came here for the first time to dry clean 3 reasonably expensive suits + 3 shirts. Quality was the best Dry cleaning I've experienced; everything was crisp, wrinkle free, and packaged well. 5 stars!!
I brought in 3 brand new t shirts for alterations and was originally told the price would be ~$25/shirt, but they were unsure and said they would call me back in 1-2 days to confirm the final price. I never received a phone call. When I followed up a week later, I was first quoted $30 for 1 shirt, and $42 for another. When I mentioned I had 3 shirts, the price suddenly increased to $45/shirt. In person, I was told it'd be a simple job. However, over the phone I was told there was a lot of work involved, that it had to be done by hand, and that the $25 was actually per alteration (e.g., sleeves, hem, etc.). None of this was communicated to me during the original consult, and overall, I found that the inconsistencies in pricing and communication made it hard to trust I was getting a fair and accurate quote. They also started working on the shirts without confirming the price, and I was originally told I'd have to pay a fee just to have them stitched back and returned. Fortunately, I wasn't charged that fee, and I truly appreciate that. I was still planning to pay something anyway, despite the issues. Just to recognize the time they had put in and to try to make up for the inconvenience. However, after interacting with them in person and the attitude I was given, I changed my mind. That aside, the stitching was very messy. Loose flaps, messy seams, and threads already coming apart. The shirts were in worse condition than when I brought them in. And to top it off, I ended up finding another tailor who did the same job for $7/alteration with much cleaner results and no confusion. I understand that mistakes (like forgetting to call someone back) can happen, especially with the volume of customers they handle. And based on their other Google reviews, I’m sure they provide excellent dry cleaning services. I also recognize that from their perspective, I may have come across as a difficult customer (giving them extra work and hesitating to pay $45 per shirt) and I could have done my part by following up more quickly to confirm the price. However, all of this could have been avoided if the pricing had been clear upfront, or if they had simply followed through on their promise to call back in 1-2 days. At the very least, basic respect should have been maintained, and I genuinely don’t feel that it was. I was trying my best to be fair and find common ground that would satisfy both parties. It was frustrating to be met with attitude in return.
I went here because of all the good Google reviews. I requested 3 blazers get dry cleaned and some button reinforcement done on 2 of them. When I got them back the buttons were loose and barely hanging on. The thread had been looped through half the button holes without any sewn through the other 2 holes. I don’t understand how the team here could think this is acceptable work, but it is extremely disappointing. It cost me $55 dollars. I despise leaving bad reviews, but I have no choice here.
Had a great experience taking our couch cushion covers and some clothes to be cleaned here. Everything is spotless, the staff are super nice and the prices were fair!
I went in for a zipper replacement on a $120 jacket from zara because i love the jacket. All black, fits well and has no logos. They changed it for one of higher quality and bigger teeth and it cost me under $60 with a reasonable wait time. The lady doing the alterations did a good job. Ive been going for years. Wonderful local family run business.
My husband and I got last minute alterations done for my wedding dress and his pants for a last minute elopement. They were able to do the alternations and press the items in about 10 days for a very reasonable price. I was very happy with the care and attentiveness they showed and were able to make the dates (if anything earlier than they anticipated) which made the whole experience very smooth and stress-free (especially since we were doing everything so last minute).
