Alicia has been cleaning our home for many months now, and we are always delighted with her work! It is so fantastic to come home to an organized and clean space. She is great about communicating when products are running low, and was helpful with initially figuring out what cleaning products we needed. (We are new to the country, and couldn’t bring any of our previous cleaning supplies over the boarder with us!) We are in a 3 story townhouse, with 2 kids and 2 cats, and Alicia leaves the place shining and looking like our lives are much less chaotic than they actually are! Highly recommend!
Carolyn, Janice, and Tiffani did an outstanding job with the cleaning! Violeta, the general manager, was also excellent! Violeta communicated clearly and effectively, addressing any concerns and providing detailed information before, during, and after the cleaning :)
Highly recommend! We have been regular customers of Hire A Maid for a couple years now and are always happy with our cleanings. The admin staff are super helpful, friendly, and considerate, and they keep detailed notes regarding how we like our home cleaned, products we avoid, tricky areas, etc. We really appreciate that they assign you to a staff member so you don't need to give someone new a walkthrough every cleaning. (Our regular team member, Julia, is the absolute best!) I feel comfortable having their staff in my home and know that they will be respectful of me and my belongings. Thank you!
This was an excellent service from the very first communication. Booking was easy and efficient, and the sales manager listened to my needs and answered all my questions. We had an appointment within a couple of days! The cleaners showed up exactly on time, did an incredibly thorough job, and went back over areas a 2nd time as requested. They were professional, courteous and lovely people! I would highly recommend this service!!
