Sunglow's team did a fantastic job on coming up with a stylish, solution for the challenging slanted and angled windows in one of my recent projects. New Stealth motors , Fabric DX 203 Taupe , Side channels and Velco fixed panels with matching cross bars, all manufactured and installed by Sunglow's experienced team. The condo party room got a compeltely new look !
High quality, great products. I sell these regularly, most often the cordless and motorized roller shades. My business sells a couple window covering manufacturers, and the cordless mechanism used at Sun Glow is superior to all others - and pricing is right on point!
Sales process was great, flexible and accommodating, dealt with Zachary. Pricing a little on expensive side. Quality is ok. After sales process, only ones you will hear from is the accounting side, no confirmation of installation or follow up to see if everything is ok. Biggest issues are with installation, did not install panels as previously agreed, was missing a P clip on another window, so installer tried to sell it as intentional due to location of window with chain being too long. (Found the P clip left on sill of another window). As well, one installed blocking latch on window. Now the window cannot be opened ***Follow up*** to my surprise, immediately after reviewing I was contacted by Sunglow to discuss and resolve the issues. All issues were resolved in a very timely fashion. No request was made to update the review, so feel this was a genuine interest to make things right. To also clarify, the reason I posted a review without first contacting Sunglow to resolve the issues was significant time had past due to me being out of commission and had felt too much time had passed to get things resolved.
Very poor quality and expensive. Rips apart easily. Had them for just over 4 years and no warranty. People say contact the Designer. And no contact from the designer. Tells me one thing. Company is out to sell. With no guarantee. Do your homework before you buy sun Glow product. I’d say. Stay Away.
Love our new blinds from Sun Glow! The quality is even better than I expected and they add a crisp, clean look to our modern space! Exactly what we were hoping for!
Got 8 rollers installed in my condo by Sun Glow about 2 months ago and we couldn't be happier. We defined some scenarios using Connector app in order to automatically bring down/up some of the rollers... game changer.
Great Customer service. It's very hard to find good after sale customer service in today's marketplace. However, I was truly surprised by the team at Sun Glow who helped and fixed my blinds opening mechanism for no cost even though it has been many years since it was purchased from them. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service.
