Used the Element facility in Alderwood twice and had good experiences. Flexible delivery times, good service, helpful staff, good products. Will use again.
I came today, Saturday at 16:20, to pick up 16 chairs and 3 bar stools. Another customer who arrived after me was helped first by the only staff available. I was left waiting over 40 minutes for 4 missing chairs and the stools. When I asked twice about the items, I was given unhelpful excuses—that the chairs “needed to be cleaned.” This was terrible and disrespectful customer service. At the very least, please make an effort to show that you’re trying to speed up the process. Very disappointed.
Element event rentals have been our go-to for the past 10 years or so. They have been incredibly reliable every time, a huge shoutout to one of their team members Michelle O who is an absolute rockstar!!
Very happy with the service. Aanchal was very helpful in setting up an order for chairs, tables and dinnerware for a small catered party (60 people). It wasn’t a big order but it was handled with care and was reasonably priced. Delivery and pick-up were timely. I was pleased with the quality of the plates, glasses, cutlery etc. I would definitely work with Element again.
I used Element Event Solutions for my recent poetry book launch. I rented the crystal chateau chair for myself and my guests and it was beautiful and comfortable. Thanks again for helping make the night perfect!
We did our own wedding planning and spent hours looking for chair rentals we thought would elevate our event. Our venue had their own chairs in black but we thought these looked really heavy and we didn’t want to rent chair covers either. Being budget conscious was a big priority on top of simplicity, and we worked with Gabi to rent the ‘Isabella chair’ in white to keep the space light and airy. The chairs aren’t the most comfortable to sit beyond the time it took to eat through our reception dinner, but that was also what we expected since they don’t have seat pads. Some of our older guests didn’t enjoy them but we weren’t sitting in them for very long once the dancing started. We were very happy with how the rented items tied our vision together and suited our modern venue during the ceremony and reception. I haven't used their rental service but have a bad experience with their logistics team. The delivery team damaged our car. They never said sorry and never offered to compensate for the damage. The lead of logistics team (Jake G) treated me like a person who tried to take some money and take advantage to fix our car. I and my husband were totally humiliated. What we needed from them was their sincere apology. We contacted the service team and operation manager. However, there's no further response or reaction until now. It's been already a year. I would like to warn you who are preparing your special event. You, your family or friends might have awful memories on your special day, which is supposed to be perfect because of logistics team. I and my husband are planning our delayed wedding reception and definitely we will not use this company.
