Bill Barry went out of his way to help me with my bathroom tub faucet problem and I mean he really went out of his way!! I am very grateful. Thank you Bill.

Bill went out of his way to contact American Standard for a 30 year old kitchen faucet handle. He emailed pics of old faucet and cartridge. Although the part was discontinued they found one. I had been to several places to get the part with out success. Greatly appreciated Bill going the extra bit to help me out.
