What a surprise after visiting another tile store on the same street. Just driving by and decided to pop in. Selection was beautifu, modern and classic. Prices were unreal. Recommend to anyone!
Helpful advice for those tough finishing decisions-it’s like having a designer with you. They want you to be happy with your project. No pushy salesy peeps. Gursharan, Terry, Gina all so helpful even when there are hiccups like not ordering enough tile. I will only shop there from now on. Impeccable service!
The folks at Ceramic Tile World were incredibly helpful in executing a very specific vision we had for our small post-war kitchen. They were the only tile company across the GTA we came across that had the classic black and white porcelain tiles in the size we needed, their lead times were extremely quick, they shared great advice for floor prep, and provided a perfect grout match for us. I would say the price vs quality was worthwhile and would recommend!
They were very helpful and told us how many tiles we'd need. Unfortunately, we should have paid better attention to the stamp they put on the bill which says, no returns or exchanges. We were left with an entire box of tiles and then some. What a waste. Next time, we'll stick to the big box stores since they will take back what you don't use.
We recently bought tiles for 3 bathrooms. The selection here was great and the prices very reasonable. They also applied $0.5 discount per sq.ft for all tiles. Staff was very helpful and courteous. They also helped us choose matching grouts and recommended mortars. They did not price-gouge us at any point. The tiles were delivered on time and they even threw in some free tiles for the shower niche. All in all a great experience.
Needed builder tile for a 5 year old home (homeowner had only 41 pieces and I needed about 100). Had no idea what tile it was. The team at Ceramic Tile helped me figure out what the tile was, ordered it in and got me working within 1 business day! Thanks guys!
Shopped around at a few of the tile stores in the area, the prices here were about 60% less than the others, for the exact same tiles. Great tiles, good service, I will definitely be buying here again.
