Kraken is a top-tier all-around service. Their prices are great. Their customer service is so incredible. They have gone above and beyond to help me get what I need. The store itself is also very well-maintained and clean. It's obvious that the owners take pride in their establishment, and they go out of their way to make sure that everything is in tip-top shape. The displays are well-organized and easy to navigate, and the overall vibe of the store is very inviting. I've gone to other places and it's never quite the same. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to switch to vape!
