They have so much to choose from and the staff are really nice and friendly. The first place I've ever found metal interchangeable Tunisian needles. So glad I visited here on my trip.
Very disappointing store visit. Wanted to buy a knitting machine. Nobody able to help and answer questions. So many websites affiliated with the store but not much interest in helping with a purchase
Full to the brim little shop with HEAPS of yarn. They also sell notions. Helpful, approachable staff. The parking is very limited, and confusingly signed.
I've ordered yarn from here twice now. First time was a single skein which was labelled in stock, which I requested for in-store pickup. A week later, still no news so I called. Turns out they had 0 in stock, and hadn't even ordered more yet. Took over another week before it was ready for pickup. Try #2, I call ahead to make sure it's in stock, place my order explicitly for in-store pickup (explicitly declining free shipping as getting parcels to my address is spotty). 2 days later, I get an update saying it's shipped, so now it'll take another few days to arrive instead of being able to walk across the street to grab it. Overall, decent prices and okay selection but their admin and logistics need a lot of work. Not impressed that my order details are partially ignored each time.
I came here because there was so many positive reviews. But as a millennial woman, I found the selection of yarn and colors very old school and dated. I was hoping to find more luxurious neutrals and bold colors.
This place has fantastic prices and a lot of stuff! If you are a knitter, it's likely heaven for you. I found lots of great deals on yarn of course, but I'd love it if they had the room to have the equivalent selection of cross-stitch and rug-hooking stuff!
Huge warehouse style store. Great selection of yarns and accessories for knit, crochet,machine knitting and sewing machines. Found a discontinued yarn I wanted.
