This is our go to place from now on. They are wonderful about accommodating our schedules for tire changes and their customer service is excellent. Today, we were having tire pressure issues. I was in and out in 30 mins with a quick fix at a minimal expense. I appreciate how the team here treats me and speaks to me in a kind and professional manner (this has not always been the case when I have gone to other garages/service centres). Highly recommend!
This was my first experience at Master Mechanic. Front office was very welcoming and pleasant. The witness done search was and quickly. It was even quite inexpensive. I am quite satisfied and will use them again.
Love this place! Have been going to them for many years with my Nissan Juke and they always are courteous, explanatory, take pics of damaged parts or provide them and are fairly priced! My trust in them is huge!! Thank you!!!
This company should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. Brought my car in to get the front brakes changed and they quoted me $1500-$1600!!! When I said I was floored and have had this service done before for $500 I couldn’t understand why they would be asking for $1500-$1600. The guy at the counter smiled at me and told me it was because I drive a Lexus and also told me I was wrong for being able to get this service cheaper. Little did he know my dad is a mechanic and I already had discussed this with him and when I told him that the guy shrugged and smiled. Needless to say I left and as I got into my car there were a total of 3 of the staff there looking and snickering at me. Maybe if master mechanics ran an honest business they wouldn’t have to charge so much. I went to Point Zero Auto centre and got them changed by an honest mechanic and spent $400.
