I've taken my car here twice now. The first team was because another mechanic in the area botched a simple job, I brought my car to RPM for a second opinion. They took a couple hours, made sure the car was safe, and didn't even charge me for it. The second time, I brought my car here because my AC/Heat wasn't working. The fix was simple; however, they could've easily upsold me as I had no idea what was wrong. They again were honest and transparent. If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust, I'd recommend this one.
It's tough to find honest mechanic in GTA. Blair is a solid guy. Great mechanics and resonable price. I went to this mechanic shop today for the first time and will go always whenever needed. I really appreciate their hardwork, kindness and honesty. I highly recommend this place.
Truly excellent service, my battery died and these guys got it replaced in no time at all, they were very kind and friendly the entire time. I recommend these guys to anyone in the area who wants good work done at fair prices!
Blair is great - friendly, clear, direct, and honest. He fit me in on short notice to get our brakes fixed and also fixed a worn out ball joint. He told me about some work that isn't urgent, but will need to be done in the near future, as well as what that will cost so we can budget ahead. Great experience. Highly recommend.
Genuine, honest, and personable would be the best way to describe the team at RPM. They're not going to sell you things you don't need and aren't afraid to give their honest opinion. All while their work is top notch and prices hard to beat. Only place I unquestionably trust and will be bringing my cars here for a long time.
