Today I received exceptional service from Craig (not THE Craig) at the Bayview location. He showed great kindness and made me smile when I was having a crummy day.
I bought from Craig one time and to be honest not worth the money, I'm surprised I even went into one of his stores after dealing with this man for business, not a nice person at all. Then he goes on TV and pretends to be this sweet man. Eat more cookies Craig! Maybe that would help, I don't by his b.s. I feel bad for anyone that works for him. P.s go to the grocery store to buy cookies!
I love Craig’s cookies! They are very addictive! My favourite Craig’s cookies are brownies, m&ms , Rice Krispies, mini eggs! I definitely recommend this! But I don’t really go there a lot because of the calories!and they put so much butter in their cookies! Craig’s cookies are very highly addictive!
Incredible cookies and the people working are really great. Tonight the service was extra amazing. I’m not much of a google reviewer but highly recommend. 10/10

I visited Craig Cookie on the evening of March 31, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The customer service was very poor, and I felt that the staff member on duty exhibited unprofessional behavior that seemed racially biased. I expected better from a place like this and hope they can improve in the future.
Ordered half dozen nut free surprise mix. 3 of the cookies had nuts. This location is notorious for giving you exactly what you ask not to get. Too many other options in the area, would avoid them.
