The best!! Super friendly staff, beautiful store, and amazing selection. I've also used their pattern printing service and it was excellent!! Well-priced and saved me cutting and taping 30 pages together haha
These guys have the hours of a small town country store. I'm choosing between them and MacFab for a project, but honestly, stopping by multiple times during normal business hours and seeing them closed is getting very frustrating, and I'm afraid I'm gonna have to go with MacFab.
Fabric Spark is a wonderland of colour and pattern-mixing and cotton. This shop makes me happy. I picked up a beautiful lime green and ocean blue fat quarter to wrap a gift and took twenty minutes longer than necessary to do it because this store is such a source of calming visual pleasure I didn’t want to leave. (Nowhere in my life or mind is so neatly organized.) They offer much more than fabric, including sewing and quilting classes, puzzles, journals, and the prettiest tape measures I’ve ever seen.
Bought a really good pair of scissors there. I used to insulate pipes and ductwork, and these are the kind of scissors I needed to cut canvas. Too bad I never had a pair this good back then, maybe my canvas work would've been nicer looking. A good pair of scissors are vital for that.
Attended a Christmas ornament making workshop. It was lots of fun and everyone was very helpful (especially to someone like me who had no prior stitching experience)
With the help of the lovely ladies at Fabric Spark, I was able to find the perfect colour fabric for my homemade lamp shade! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely return if I muster the courage to craft again haha
