Recently was trying to deal with a manufacturer who is extremely hard to communicate with. In my searching I came across macFAB and reached out directly. We decided to make the trip to their Coboconk store after a pleasant conversation. We are so grateful we did. Not only was the owner extremely knowledgeable but he was also so delightful and beyond accommodating. The store had more than we expected and we are thrilled with our purchases. We just wanted to share our experience since these types of connections seem lost in normal online shopping. Again, thank you for everything. We will be back!
I found this store online, as they had the linens that I was looking for. I made my order and to my surprise the linens arrived at my door step within a few days (I live across the world!) and they were fabulous. I also received a kind note. When I emailed to ask questions, I received warm replies. Dale even helped me look for other designs that I was eyeing for. Thank you so much! Hope to shop with you again soon.
This is a great store with a lot of unique and wonderful items. The owners are brilliant at finding gems that are perfect for your home. There is also a great store in Coboconk called MacFab Cabin.
Hilary set herself apart from any fabric store I’ve ever frequented. We were able to tastefully reupholster a few antique chairs I thought were gone for good. Highly recommend.
Not a great experience. Associate wasn't very helpful but was nice. They did almost charge me 100 dollars extra until I was confused and asked them to double check the price in the back. Fabric itself is pretty expensive compared to other toronto stores. All in all, every other fabric store ive been to seems better. Some nice fabrics though.
Always a great experience. Hillary is very knowledgeable and all the work I've had done there is great. Great selection. A really enjoyable experience.
They made 3 custom roman blinds for me. 1 of 3 was acceptable. The other 2 were not sewn straight and look terrible when hung. I do not recommend them for custom sewing. (I returned the 2 roman blinds and they claimed to adjust/fix them but I got them back 4 weeks later and I don't believe they attempted to correct this. I'm so tired of dealing with them. BEWARE.)
