I’ve been to a lot of salons, and it’s rare to find people who are not only professional but genuinely kind and personable. The service is top-notch, and even though the spa isn’t always busy, they never skimp on attention or care. They truly deserve recognition for the amazing work they do. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated well and leave feeling pampered, this is it. Highly recommend!
I love how patient they were with my nails and I appreciate the effort they put into the nails. I was a walk in service but I do recommend calling for appointment so you don't have to wait.?
I have been going to this nail salon for about 2 1/2 years. There is a employee named Emily there she is amazing!!! If you decide to go ask for Emily. But yesterday I went and had the worst experience with the OWNER, after Emily did my pedicure and my fill I decided to do my lashes which the owner asked me what I would like I said HYBRID which is between classic ( very natural) and mega volume (dramatic). She said okay! My experience was terrible first of all this is our eyes we are talking about so the person touching your face should be gentle!! She was not gentle at all a few times in the middle of her doing my lashes I had to tell her I was uncomfortable, and that my eyes are sensitive. Which she didn't even apologize of acknowledge that I was uncomfortable. After I was done I looked in the mirror and couldn't Believe she gave me mega volume.!!!! I told her that's not what I asked for and she proceeded to tell me " it will last longer". First off that's not the point I'm paying you to provide me with a service I asked for!! She then told me the price for my lashes which was mega volume 120$. How dare you try to make me pay for something I didn't ask for. I payed for my nails she's even lucky I payed at all but i have class. She is very unprofessional and money hungry unfortunately I will never go back again. And if I were you I would never let her touch your eyes at all! She should not be in business with her disgusting behavior.
Male - Came here looking at the pictures posted by clients from their shop and asked if they could do a design and I showed a picture from their own reviews and they said no. I mentioned another design and they just ignored me. My assumption is that they don’t do males or the person did not understand English. Hope they can be better to new customers in the future.
Very bad client service, the lady who did my nail literally cut my skin and did not even care to ask me instead blamed me for moving my hand , well I moved it because she cut my skin and it was hurting. On top she added some solution which burned the hell outta me. Plus the nails I asked her and the shape she did was completely different and convinced me that it’s the same.
The manicure was fine except it wasn't the service I booked - I wanted acrylic. I said so at least four times while I was in the salon. I finally gave up - got the manicure I didn't want. Won't return.
Does my nails well always pleased. Never had a problem also good with eyebrows. Very nice people as well. It's one of the best nails places I have been to. You would love it
