It was my first time coming and they did a Very low quality work , so disappointed with the results my nails look horrendous after leaving the salon . Don’t come here if you want a clean polished long lasting work you will regret it .

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt like I had to this time. The prices here keep going up with every visit. What started as a $45 service is now $70 and for designs that are nearly the same every time. I’ve attached a picture of what I asked for versus what I actually got (mine is the one on the blanket). As you can see, it’s disappointing. The quality doesn’t match the price, and neither does the customer service. I used to recommend this place to friends and family out of convenience, but I can’t anymore. Every time I show them a reference photo, the results come out either strange, off, or just completely underdelivered. Save your money. It’s overpriced, inconsistent, and not worth it.

My girlfriend and I recently visited Michelle Nails for a manicure and pedicure, and we had an outstanding experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The technician did an excellent job with the cleaning and shaping of our nails, paying close attention to detail. After the service, my feet felt so light, it was like walking on clouds. The salon was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere. We left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch nail care!

A bit disappointed with this salon. I became a client when they were highly reviewed, when I was looking for a well reviewed nail salon close to my home. So, I became their client in December of 2024. The first service that I received here was mostly ok, although my nails did chip within a week while I was vacationing. It was a regular email polish on my feet and shellac on my hands. I mostly blamed myself as I was in the salty sea water a lot. The second time Ali came for service - I went with shellac on my hands and regular on my feet. Feet were fine, they lasted 2-3 weeks, but hands started chipping after 1 week, and nails became very weak and broke - I had do cut them short. I gave my nails a break of 2-3 weeks to restore and used regular polish. Then I came back again, did shellac one more time and the same happened - one nail chipped its polish within 1 week. This time, I came back to the salon and showed it. Michelle asked what do I want them to do. I said that I needed it fixed, I just assumed she was busy. So, Michelle assigned me with the same person who did a poor job. I figured it may be a way to ensure the person is taking responsibility to fix. As the person was fixing, I also explained that a few other nails are starting to chip too, and that this also happened last time, and I don’t want to come back again. I asked if she could apply a clear gel or shellac polish on top. She started telling me that one week for shellac to last is fairly normal. That surprised me and I responded that I have done shellac for the last 15 years regularly and it lasts for 2-3 weeks and my nails grow with it. I then payed close attention that she is very aggressive with my nail, does excessive buffing and then goes over the nail in a zigzag fashion with her buffer which I have never seen done in other salons. I recalled that she did it previous times as well and when I looked closely at my nails, I noticed lots of inventor’s at the tips of my nails. Once she finished fixing my nails, she asked me to pay 15$ for the fixed nail that chipped and for applying clear gel. I told her that I thought she was fixing them for free and that she never mentioned this extra charge. She then said it is ok, I don’t have to pay. As I was leaving, Michelle never came to check in with me to ensure all went well, etc. this was surprising to me as well, as when something goes wrong, it is usually a good idea to check in. After I left the salon, my nails were ok, but I didn’t like how uneven the tips were form excessive buffing. One last issue that I had here was that the person doing my nails was actually cutting my cuticle instead of gently removing it. I believe she was doing a Russian manicure technique, which I read is not good for your cuticles. In most places, they remove gently from under the cuticle, which works well for me. And I also recalled how the person doing my nails kept rushing me and looking irritated when I was string to chose colour. So, I ended up with the colour that was not optional both because I was rushed and because I didn’t feel there was a good selection of colours. So, I decide for go elsewhere and found something for much better price and 10 times higher quality .

We have no complaints or issues of any kind with this location, and would suggest it to anyone. I work with my hands every day so they are generally pretty messed up, and they quickly made them difficult for me to even recognize. Don't knock it til you try it, boys!

i went there to do threading beacuse of them offering the service. it was very disappointing she was in a rush and didn't know how to thread she instead pluck my eyebrows and charged me for a service she didn't know how to do. you need to take the service down since no one has any experience. i also did my nails was over charged didn't do what the photo u showed to the tech the tech spoke to much and had an attitude didn't do the length i wanted

Jenny is the person to go. I usually don’t do colouring. I go for cleaning purposes. She takes care of my feet and hand with care, who I appreciate the most. We go once a month. Every times our hand and feet feels nice and fresh.
