I gave it an overall 3 stars because I’m baffled that Pizzaiolo doesn’t put stickers on delivery boxes. We usually pick our pizza up from the location and it’s always great. Today I had ordered through Uber eats and when I got the pizza I realized there was no seal sticker which means the delivery person could do anything with the pizza that I am feeding my kids. Almost every other pizza company does it, so I find it bizarre that Pizzaiolo doesn’t do it. It’s probably something you guys should start for obvious purposes. Had I known, I would have not ordered through Uber eats.
I haven't been to a Pizzaiolo in a minute. The location I used to love was Broadview n Queen until it closed up shop and went away. I loved that location. This was my first visit since then. This was just as good. The person behind the counter was very pleasant and congenial. She made the experience so much better. And the pizza was so so good. Just like how it used to be. I was even saying it to the person who I was eating with "how do the pizza here always tastes so much better then the other chains?" Cause all of the other chains are so blah sometimes. Anyways I am happy and will be returning for sure.
Best pizza I had in my life. Just got some 5 minutes ago and I couldn't wait to write this review. I got the halal peperoni and the favour was immaculate. Not only that, but the amount of peperoni they gave was the cherry on top. 10/10
Barely any sauce or cheese, let alone other toppings. 2 stars because the dough is good. Good location. Service decent - could smile and be a bit friendlier. But efficient.
So I make it a point to write reviews on both sides of the spectrum and I did have a poor experience at this location until Pat Finelli himself (yes the coo of pizzaiolo) reached out and contacted me for a chat. We sorted out the mistake and despite a new employee mix up I look forward to ordering this great tasting pizza again. Thanks Pat.. It really made a difference to me and ensured a return customer.
Not open yet. Just one block from where I live. Soon to open....can't wait. Heard only good things Is open now. Rather go to Dominoes across the street. This place is super expensive and the pizza quality is only mediocre at best. One slice is $6.50...I can buy a small one topping at Domino's for $5.99. Better in every way.
