Hi there, I asked 3 toppings pizza+ 1 toppings jalapeño. They got substituted jalapeño with tomatoes with I don’t eat at all and causes me allergy. I ordered it and even picked up by myself. The location is too far away from me. And I even can’t go back to order new one. This time I got disappointed so badly, as I always was ordering from them. Very bad!!! I don’t know what you can do for me but this is not customer service.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a simple side and waited for about 15 minutes, only to see that they just turned on the fryer after all that time. When I asked about the delay, the staff responded with complete rudeness and zero professionalism. I don’t expect this kind of service or attitude from any restaurant, and I definitely won’t be coming back
This is at least the 3rd time when they are doing mistakes with the orders. My husband ask for two panzerotti without tomatoes and you can see in the pic they put tomatoes. Not first time, this is really, really annoying. And when he went, they denied.
Ordered off the Pizzaville app and this is the closest location to us. Usually very satisfied with the service and quality. We ordered two pizzas to go and were told the wait would be an hour. An hour and forty minutes later our order hadn't arrived so I went down to check the lobby of our building. The pizza was there but it was ice cold. Normally someone calls to let us know the order is here. I have my number on file. A bit disappointed.
The pizza was good just not what I ordered. I ordered a Chicken Pesto pizza but they made me a Chicken Asiago pizza. Double check with them when ordering.
One of the THE BEST Pizzaville location in GTA!! It's a great team behind the awesome experience everytime you go. My favorite to grab is their classic cheese slice with herbs. To top it up, Customer service is excellent and friendly. SHOUT OUT to "ARI", I am not sure if am spelling the name right. But great job my friend, thank you for always smiling and cooking some of the best pizzas. During the pandemic, they are taking all the necessary precautions. I am a regular customer and if you haven't had a slice yet, GRAB ONE today!! We NEED to support our local businesses.
I had never had Pizzaville before this location and discovered I like their pizza. I work nearby and it's a nice little getaway on lunch with free wifi, a Toronto Sun on the table, and CP24 on the TV. Tables are appropriately limited during Covid. Sanitizer supplied at the main counter. Friendly owner who cares about having a regular customer base. Added bonus that this mall has a Tim's, Beer Store, etc etc if you need to pop into any other spot while passing through.
