I had Stefano from Park Lane Plumbing come by to fix a toilet issue today. There was a leak through the base that had crept through the floor and into a bulkhead in a closet below. Mike set up an appointment quickly with very accurate timing. Stefano was really professional and diligent exploring all possible causes of the leak. He removed the toilet and replaced the faulty parts in no time, and left almost no cleanup. He even took time at the end of the service call to show me a couple of quick tips as I'm a newer home owner and he could tell I had nerves about plumbing issues. Alex came by promptly and assessed our plumbing issues(s). We've been plagued with an underperforming main valve for years. Alex quickly outlined likely fixes. Avoid Park Lane Plumbing. They did a job in my house 5 weeks ago. Since then there were 5 leaks and substantial damage. I forced Nick to repair once, and then it was promises and kicking me around.
