I dealt with Rene for a hot water tank replacement at the home I recently purchased and had an excellent experience with him. Communications were clear from the quote to the scheduling through to the completion of the job. If you’re interested in learning he’s more than happy to explain every aspect patiently to the customer. Rene and his colleague who performed the job were very professional and Rene also completed a whole home plumbing inspection and gas furnace inspection for a great price and that I’m happy I chose to do. He’s well qualified and ensure’s any past work that was done poorly is remedied.
Matt was great, he inspected on short notice, picked up the tank, and installed the same day. Very appreciated as I was leaving on vacation in two days. Great service.
Used Premier for a new toilet installation. Customer service via email & phone was great. Two plumbers arrived early in the time window that was provided. Both were polite and worked very quickly. Cleaned up the workspace and disposed of the old toilet when they were finished. If we need any more work done in the future, Premier will be the first call we make.
Fast friendly service. Alan answered our call late on a Friday evening when our hot water tank was leaking. He answered our questions and assisted us over the phone. He then arrived promptly at 7am the next morning to assess and replace the tank. Thanks for the great service!
My water heater broke down and started leaking last Saturday. I originally looked into renting with Reliance but was made to wait several days and there were many gaps in communication. Frustrated, I found Premier Plumbing and gave them a call. They were very prompt in responding and providing a quote and were able to schedule a service for the next day. The plumbers came on time, were very professional, and overall the service was quick, stress-free, and all for a reasonable price. I'm very happy with the service provided.
Excellent service as before, and my leaking outside tap is fixed. It was more work than I expected (not an outside washer but the indoor valve). No longer worried about burst pipes! Bruce's philosophy is "do it once, do it right". Within this, he is still willing to look at options and work with my budget. So glad I found Premier Plumbing!
